Five English Premier League matches take place on Tuesday and our focus is on the clash between West Ham and Spurs
West Ham
West Ham let a 3-1 lead slip at Newcastle last weekend. They conceded 3 goals from the 77th minute onwards and went down 4-3. That brought a 4 match unbeaten run to an end but they remain in seventh place, 4 points behind Manchester United who are sixth.
Recent home games include score draws with Villa and Burnley and a 5-0 win over Fireburg which sealed progression in the Europa League.
Spurs
Spurs recovered from conceding a 3rd minute goal to Luton to run out 2-1 winners and they are in fifth spot, 3 points behind fourth placed Aston Villa who visit Manchester City later in the week. Spurs most recent road trip saw them put in a shocker as they went down 3-0 at Fulham but they have won 3 of their last 4 including a 4-0 hiding of Villa away from home. The loss at Fulham is the only league game in which Spurs have failed to find the net.
Recent Head to Head
The first league meeting this season took place in early December, Spurs were ravaged by injuries at that time and West Ham came away with a 2-1 win.
The corresponding fixture in London last season finished 1-1
The Betting
At the time of writing West Ham are trading at 2/1 to win the game with the draw priced at 2.95/1 and Spurs can be backed at around 23/20
A game of 3 goals or more is priced at 4/10 and it's also 4/10 for both teams to score
The Verdict:
That was an alarming collapse by West Ham at the weekend and they will need to tighten up against a Spurs side who, with the exception of that Fulham game, are free scoring.
I think there is scope for 11 corners or more in total and Son is an obvious candidate in the goalscorer markets.
Bets: Total corners over 10.5 at 0.92/1 with BoyleSports
Anytime goalscorer Son at 14/10 with BoyleSports
