FRIDAY

OSPREYS v STORMERS - Click here to bet

The Ospreys are currently 9th on the table with 1 win in their opening 4 games. Last week they travelled to Ulster and were beaten 47-17, but their last home game was a more impressive 32-17 victory over the Glasgow Warriors.

The Stormers have a perfect record so far with 3 wins from 3 matches and last week they were too strong for Zebre winning 37-20 in Italy. The Stormers had previously won both of their home matches comfortably against Connacht and Edinburgh.

Welsh rugby isn’t in great shape at the moment and this Stormers side is well capable of putting the home team to the sword.

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Stormers -5.5 at 9/10

SATURDAY

LIONS v ULSTER - Click here to bet

The Lions lost their opening home game of the season against the Bulls, but since then they have been perfect, winning all 3 of their matches on tour including an impressive 22-19 win against a well backed Edinburgh side last week.

The host, Ulster were comfortable winners over the Ospreys at home last week and the week before that they hosted Leinster and went down by 7 points in wet conditions.

This Lions side look full of running and I am backing them to score 24 points or more in what should be perfect conditions.

Suggested Bet: Lions over 23.5 points at 8/10

SHARKS v GLASGOW WARRIORS - Click here to bet

The Sharks turned in one of their better performances of the season last week despite going down 54-34 to Leinster on the road. The week before they had come from behind to scrape a victory by 1 point against the Dragons and the week before that they were more comfortable winners than the 42-37 score line suggests at Zebre.

Glasgow were dominant against the Bulls last week winning 35-21, but they have struggled on the road losing by 15 points to the Ospreys and by 22 points to Benetton.

The Sharks look the business here and I am backing them to beat this handicap of 11.5 points.

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Sharks -11.5 at 17/20

MUNSTER v BLUE BULLS - Click here to bet

Munster are currently sit 12th on the table with just 1 win from their opening 4 games. Last week Munster lost by 9 points at Connacht and the week before they beat Zebre 21-5 in a low scoring encounter.

The Bulls had a narrow win over Edinburgh at home before beating Connacht by 14 points at Loftus, but last week they were disappointing going down by 14 points to the Glasgow Warriors.

I am expecting the Bulls to improve on that performance and to take advantage of the fact that Munster appear to be struggling.

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Blue Bulls +3.5 at 19/20
