WSB150Something for every punter is a great way to sum up this weekend as we take you through the pick of the weekend’s sporting action.

SUPER RUGBY

There are 5 Super Rugby Round 16 games taking place on Saturday starting with the clash between the Sunwolves and a home play off seeking Brumbies side in Tokyo. The Brumbies won the first meeting this season 33-0 in Canberra and the Sunwolves, who were thrashed 52-7 by the Rebels last week, have failed to register a point in 2 of their last 4. We go with the Brumbies at -14.5 points at 9/10 -click here to bet

Next up the Crusaders are looking to secure top spot in the overall standings when they clash with the Chiefs in a game staged in Suva, Fiji and the current minus handicap of 11.5 points could be worth an interest.

Jaguares are currently 4.5 point favourites for their clash with the Reds in Brisbane, a handicap which looks tricky to call.

The South African interest starts in the afternoon when the Sharks host the Hurricanes in Durban. The Sharks have a good record at home to the Canes and in what is their last home fixture of the season they could be worth backing at 5/4 to win the match to boost their play off hopes.

The final action in this round sees the Lions go toe to toe with the Stormers in Johannesburg. Both these sides have 30 points in the South African Conference and there might not be room for both of them in the play offs. The Lions are currently 3.5 point favourites and this looks to have the potential to be a very close call. If you fancy either side to win by no more than 6 points and have the tie running for you as well then 15/10 is the current price in our “Tribet Market”

Paris 7’s

The Blitzboks are in action in Paris where they contest Pool B alongside Australia, Wales and Kenya. After disappointing in the previous leg in London the Blitzboks bid for a repeat of last years triumph in the French capital in the final leg of the series. Fiji, who won at Twickenham last week, are 2 points clear of USA in the series rankings whilst the Blitzboks are fourth, good enough to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics. On Sunday the Proteas bid to bounce back from a heavy defeat to England when they take on Bangladesh at the Oval and in the early betting the Proteas were 2/7 favourites whilst Bangladesh could be backed at 28/10

Uefa Champions League Final

Madrid is the host city for Saturday’s Uefa Champions League final between Spurs and Liverpool and even if we get half the drama we saw in the semi’s we are in for a treat. Having knocked out Manchester City in the quarter finals Spurs came back from a seemingly impossible position with 3 unanswered goals in the second leg of their semi final with Ajax in Amsterdam to go through on away goals.

Meanwhile Liverpool came back from 3-0 down against Barcelona with a 4-0 second leg win at Anfield in a remarkable game.

Liverpool won both of the English Premier League head to heads against Spurs this season by a 2-1 scoreline and they finished 26 points ahead of Spurs in the EPL standings.

Right now Liverpool are 9/10 favourites to win in regulation time with the draw at 5/2 and Spurs can be backed at 13/4. Over 2.5 goals in normal time is trading at 8/10 and we fancy over 1.5 goals in the second half which can be backed at even money – Click here for all Uefa Champions League final markets
