The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 1st, 2nd April 2023 and a 11/1 acca with @WorldSportsBet
I had mixed fortunes on the punting front last week with some nice winners (such as the Hurricanes over 41.5 points , the Newsletter Best Bet) but I also had a few blow-outs like the Sharks to beat the handicap against the Scarlets – what a shocking performance.
I was looking like finishing all square but a 14/1 cycling bet on Sunday afternoon saw me finish ahead. Cycling fans it is Monument time this weekend with the Ronde van Vlaanderen and I will post my selections in the forum thread
We change pace a bit this week with the Heineken Champions Cup round of 16 matches and we also have that standard helping of Super Rugby and Currie Cup.
THE HANDICAP
I reckon if you combine the ages of last night’s THE HANDICAP guests you probably wouldn’t reach my age. There was some excellent input from Young Guns @ThoughtsOnSports and @DarrenHolliday and links to key matches as well as Best Bets down below. There are links to all the games in the comment section below the video.

FORCE TO BEAT THE LINE
Neal was strong on the Force away to a Hurricanes side missing some key players and after hearing him talk I find myself firmly in the Force camp. The Hurricanes don’t appear to have as much depth as other New Zealand sides and the Force would have beaten this handicap against a potentially stronger Blues team last week.
There is mainly +20.5 around but I am going to take a slightly shorter price to make sure I have 3 clear scores to play with.
BET: 5 units Force +21.5 at 0.84/1 at Betway*
