The Best Bet bad run continued last week with Wales blowing a 10 point lead to lose to Argentina. Once again though the ACCA came to our rescue and with a unit down at 9/1 I was mighty relieved when the Boks held on to beat the French.
We had 4 very good quarterfinals, 1 was brilliant (Ireland v New Zealand) and 1 was the best game I have ever seen (France v SA) and while I think we will get good games this weekend it is hard to picture there being quite the same drama – you never know though.

TRIES UNDERS TO FINALLY DELIVER!
I got burnt going under 5.5 tries in Scotland v Ireland and last week I fortunately resisted taking any of the unders lines as overs arrived in each quarterfinal.
I expect a dog fight between the Boks and England tomorrow and with rain about it could be a scrappy and low scoring affair. I am going for under 4.5 tries but just for 4 units as there is another bet I fancy and I want to include the pair as a combo.
England have been the drop goal specialists but the Boks also showed last week they fancy them with Colby missing from the base of the ruck and Pollard not getting the pass from Faf which flew into a stranded Frenchman.
