Australia arrived on the plus last week to deliver a small profit for the newsletter with the Acca going missing. Sadly Royal Victory couldn’t double up in the Summer Cup but it was another sound effort from our champion and there is no doubt more to come.
It was a quiet weekend for me with a focus on my year-end poker tournament where after repeated buy ins I managed to fight back to finish 4th and break square - a bit like losing at rugby on a Friday night and getting back even on the Sunday, it felt like a win.
This weekend promises more action!

WEEKEND PLAYS
I am looking forward to the weekends rugby and with poor weather in Europe this could be an “unders” weekend.
That being said I like overs in the 2 games in SA and my main bet will be an alternate odds double.
Points to flow in Durban and Gqeberha!
I went with over 47.5 in Durban (line moving up as you read this) and over 46.5 in Gqeberha where conditions look good, certainly very different from Europe.
I am going to give myself some leeway and take both matches to deliver over 41 and 40 points respectively.
