A standout performance came from Lahiru Kumara, who took three wickets in his seven overs going at just 5 runs an over.

Despite losing two early wickets within the first five overs, Sri Lanka quickly regained momentum and began accumulating runs. They comfortably chased down England's 156-run target without losing any more wickets, and the game concluded in the 26th over. Nissanka and Samarawickrama, who both scored half-centuries, played significant roles in the chase.
