BettingDiaryThe hectic English Premier League schedule rolls on and there are 4 matches for punters to get stuck into on Sunday.

TOTTENHAM v WEST BROM

Tottenham are in free fall and are down to 8th on the table after 3 successive defeats most recently going down 1-0 at home to Chelsea in midweek. With the injury to Harry Kane, goals have almost totally dried up for Tottenham and they will be desperate for a home win after having only taken 1 point from the last 9 they have played for.

West Brom were beaten 2-1 away at Sheffield United in midweek and they are currently 2nd from bottom of the table. They have lost 3 and drawn 1 of their last 4 matches and their last 7 games in the League have all delivered profits for punters backing over 2.5 goals.

Tottenham 5/10

Draw 71/20

West Brom 23/4

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Tottenham (-1) the draw at 27/10

I considered over 2.5 goals given West Brom’s recent matches, but I think Tottenham will adopt a win at all costs approach here and perhaps get something like 1-0

WOLVES v LEICESTER

Wolves beat Arsenal 2-1 at home in their last start, that was their 1st victory in 8 matches and they are currently 14th on the table.

Leicester steadied the ship with a 2-0 away win over Fulham in midweek and that result leaves them 3rd on the table heading into the weekend. Their away record this season has been impressive with 8 wins and 2 draws in 11 matches, during which time they have outscored their opponents by over 2 goals to 1.

Wolves 5/2

Draw 47/20

Leicester 12/10

Suggested Bet: The draw at 47/20

Wolves will have taken a lot from the win over Arsenal and I can see them making it tough for Leicester to break them down.

LIVERPOOL v MANCHESTER CITY

Liverpool appear to be getting themselves back in to the title race with back-to-back victories away from home against West Ham and Tottenham, but they were awful at home against Brighton in midweek losing 1-0, their second successive home defeat having lost to Burnley a couple of weeks back. They are now in 4th position on the log, 7 points behind City and with City having played a game less so this is a must win for Liverpool if they are to have any say in the title race.

City beat Burnley 2-0 on the road in midweek, their 9th successive victory in the League and they are now into 1/6 to win the title.   Click here for English Premier League Outright Betting. City have won their last 4 matches on the road.

Liverpool 51/20

Draw 11/4

Manchester City 21/20

Suggested Bet: Manchester City win at 21/20

The way Liverpool are paying at home at the moment it is just impossible to back them although there is always a chance that against a team like City, which will actually push forward, they may get more scoring opportunities. I am going to go for a City win though.

SHEFFIELD UNITED v CHELSEA

It seems strange to say that Sheffield United are in decent form given they are bottom of the table, but they have won 3 of the last 5 matches including beating West Brom at home 2-1 in midweek.

They face a Chelsea side that is in 6th position and unbeaten in their last 3 and coming off back-to-back victories away at Tottenham and at home to Burnley.

Sheffield United 6/1

Draw 7/2

Chelsea 5/10

Suggested Bet: The draw at 7/2

I have watched quite a bit of Sheffield United of late and have been impressed with them. It is probably too much to ask that they stay in the EPL, but they are scrapping for points and I think they can one here.
