The Champions League returns this week and we take a look at 3 of the group fixtures taking place on Tuesday night and suggest a bet in each.

Inter-Milan v Barcelona – Click here to bet
This is a crucial clash in Group C as Inter and Barcelona are both on 3 points after two games with Barcelona 2nd on goal difference, 3 points behind Bayern Munich.
Inter got their first win of the campaign beating Plzen 2-0 on the road last time out. They had previously lost 2-0 at home to Bayern Munich. Barcelona went down 2-0 on the road to Bayern Munich and they had beaten Plzen 5-1 in Spain.
These sides last met in the 2019/20 season in the group stages with Barcelona winning home and away by 2-1.
I actually think we might have quite a tight game on our hands here and expected the bookies to be betting 9/10 the pair on over and under 2.5 goals instead it is 8/13 over and 13/10 under 2.5 goals and I think the value lies with a low scoring game.

Liverpool v Rangers – Click here to bet
Liverpool are currently 2nd in Group A on 3 points from their 2 games with Rangers sitting bottom of the log having lost both of their matches.
Liverpool will certainly be feeling the heat from their fans after a slow start to the English Premier League that has seen them drift out to 10/1 3rd favourites.
Liverpool were too strong for Ajax last time winning 2-1 at home and they had previously lost 2-0 on the road to Napoli. Rangers came through the qualification stages, but since then has found the going rough losing 4-0 at Ajax and last time out 3-0 at home to Napoli.
Liverpool are understandably short priced favourites at 1/6, but I don’t think they are going to have things all their own way and I think that first and foremost they are going to focus on tidying things up at the back as they have been a bit loose of late on the weekend conceding 3 goals to Brighton. I don’t see Rangers scoring and I am going to back both teams to score, NO, at 8/10

Eintracht Frankfurt v Tottenham Hotspur – Click here to bet
This is another critical clash, this time in group D with Tottenham and Eintracht Frankfurt both on 3 points after 2 games and sitting 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Eintracht Frankfurt got their 3 points last time out, 1-0 away at Marseilles and they previously lost 3-0 at home to Sporting. Tottenham went down 2-0 on the road to Sporting last time out and their 3 points came in their opening home game, 2-0 against Marseilles. Tottenham would have been disappointed to lose to Arsenal 3-1 away on the weekend, but I like the look of them this season and I think they are going to pack too many guns for this Frankfurt side and will back them to get a valuable 3 points on the road.
