WALES v FIJI
Posted 09 Nov 09h28
The handicap has been steady at Wales -6.5 throughout the week.
I was hoping for a bigger line on Fiji as expect a much better performance from them with their European based players, but the bookies were well awake to this.
I have thrown Fiji to win into a couple of multiples but I am not convinced by the halfback combination and I quite like the Welsh side Gatland has selected.
The points line is 52.5 and I have no firm view at this point.
No bet for me at the moment and I will post a bet on Sunday morning.

Nothing really jumps out for me in this match and the points and handicap markets have been stable. I am going to go with my initial view that Fiji can push Wales all the way.

FRANCE v JAPAN
Posted 08 Nov 08h31
This handicap is -32.5 and while it sounds high I am not convinced it is high enough.
As pointed out by the Oracle on last nights live betting show THE HANDICAP Japan have a decent record against France losing 4 and drawing 1of 5 matches but the losses have never by more than 26 points and they have scored at least 17 points in each game.
Japan look to be battling under Jones though and France are at full strength for this one and I expect a runaway home win.
The question was asked on last nights show, at what point do France start focusing on New Zealand and for that reason I prefer the half time handicap. I can see France coming out hard and then possibly going through the motions in the 2nd half.

The total points line is 67.5, France points are 51.5 and Japan are 16.5. I like France overs and Japan unders but the play here for me is France over 7.5 tries at 12/10. If they don’t take a 3 pointer (I don’t think they will) they would need 8 tries to land the points line of 51.5 and so for me the tries play makes sense.

ITALY v ARGENTINA
Posted 07 November 23h59
I am really looking forward to this game. Italy showed positive signs in the 6 Nations and Argentina beat all 3 of the Rugby Championship teams at least once.
I thought this handicap would be around 6 points Argentina favourites and the -3.5 is low enough to get me involved.
The points line of 51.5 looks well set.
