The Sharks left it late, but they ensured a profit for us last week as our best bet arrived, but both accumulators missed. It was also a good week for those following the Goodforthegame Preview Tips with 6 out of 7 landing and let’s hope we can carry some momentum into this week which looks a tough one.
WHEN THE EXPERTS DISAGREE!
Last night’s THE HANDICAP show was an interesting one for many reasons including the debut of the “The Betting Stig” who refused to reveal his identity and never spoke a word!
It was also interesting that guests Hanrick and Andrew disagreed on a number of games, once again suggesting the bookies have got it right this weekend.
The big match for the two of them is going to be the Chiefs against the Crusaders with Hanrick making the Chiefs his best bet and he took the early (+8.5) at GGGaming (on that note I do a Handicap Video every Sunday where I project my handicaps and GGGaming come out at the same time or shortly afterwards with theirs. Andrew on the other hand is on the Crusaders (-2.5 points) and in the Goodforthegame Preview I am looking for a close one and have gone either team to win by 7 or less at Sunbet

Of course the weeks best bet had to be one where there was a been a bit more agreement and here we are all expecting the Reds to put up a strong performance at Ellis Park against the Lions. There was +6.5 full time cap at GGGaming when I posted the preview but that is history now unfortunately.
Both Hanrick and Andrew fancied the Reds half time handicap and while the early +3.5 is gone we will go instead for the +2.5 with the thinking being to negate a possible downturn due to altitude in the 2nd half.
