ORLANDO PIRATES v KAIZER CHIEFS – Click here to bet

Pirates beat Cape Town City 1-0 in their quarter-final and in the League they are off to a slow start drawing both their opening matches.

Chiefs beat Maritzburg United 2-1 in their quarter-final and after losing their opening League match to Sundowns they bounced back with a 1-0 away win over Chippa United last time out.

Chiefs did the League double over Pirates last season winning each of the games by 1 goal.

BETTING

Pirates 16/10

Draw 21/10

Chiefs 17/10

Suggested Bet: Pirates win at 16/10

The bookmakers have this priced as a close encounter and I can totally understand that given the history between the sides but I think that Pirates are playing the better football at the moment and can bag the win.

SUPERSPORT UNITED v BLOEM CELTIC – Click here to bet

SuperSport United overcame stern resistance from Tshakhuma in their quarter-final, winning 3-2 on the road and they have had a mixed bag to the start of their PSL campaign, winning 1 and losing 1, most recently going down 3-1 at Golden Arrows.

Bloem Celtic beat Mamelodi Sundowns in their quarter-final by a goal to nil and they are still looking for a victory in the PSL with 1 draw and 1 loss, most recently going down 1-0 to Swallows in midweek.

Betting:

SuperSport 15/10

Draw 21/10

Bloem Celtic 37/20

Suggested Bet: The draw at 21/10

These sides have drawn 4 of their last 5 matches in all competitions including in the Nedbank Cup back in 2017/2018. South African Cup games tend to be tight affairs and anything over 2/1 is a value play on the draw for me.
