back on the horse today -
BENIN over 2.5 Cards @ 10/11
Egypt tend to draw in fouls and ref does have a bit of history as behind a bit hot headed.

Egypt v Benin and Nigeria v Moz
Egypt fielded a largely B side against Angola so not reading much into the 0-0. I think their full first team can score. Nigeria have been surprisingly good thus far.
Goal double
Over 1.5 match goals by Egypt and Nigeria @ 16/10
The Nigeria defense has not looked great and Moz can put an attack or two together. If the first part of my double is good I may take a run at the BTTS - Yes in the Nigeria match.

At the weekend Rangers beat Celtic 3-1, away.
Aberdeen changed their coach after the 5th winless match in a row, of which four defeats. They now have an interim manager.
Rangers are in great form, they are the team of the moment in the Scottish Premiership, with nine wins and a single defeat in the 12 matches since Rohl has taken them over.
The Rangers defence has improved and it's difficult to score against them at Ibrox Park.
Aberdeen have struggled to score in general on their travels. I noticed however that they did get at least 3-4-5 corners in their away matches, including at Celtic.
Bet 1: Rangers to win to Nil @2.62 - half stake
Bet 2: Aberdeen to not score @2.32 - half stake (in case of a 0-0).
Bet 3: Bet builder - Rangers 5+ corners + Aberdeen 3+ corners + Rangers double chance @2.00

A mate sorted me out a ticket in the home end tonight, but I dunno if I've got the capacity to behave like a neutral/Bournemouth fan. This looks like a good game for Bournemouth as they're gagging for a win, and you you don't get many more passive teams than Spurs. They completely out played Spurs earlier on in the season where they managed 20 shots ( if memory serves me correctly ) so I don't see a reason why they can't get near that line again. On the flip side, Spurs have looked decent on the counter in the last few matches, so I'm hopeful they an at least create a few chances. Suggested bets are:
Bournemouth 17 or more shots @ 5/6
Bournemouth over 1.5 goals @ 10/11
But I'll stick a smaller stake on the following, hoping Spurs can nick something along the way.
Bournemouth 20 or more shots @ 23/10

I don't know what to make of the FA Cup 3rd round guys, loads of rotation from EPL clubs and quite possibly some of Championship sides as well. Probably best to wait fo teams sheets in games with the top sides.

Dr Tottenham showed up again on Wednesday by not only prescribing Bournemouth a much needed victory but also a perfect send of for Semenyo. They also lost Kudus and Bergvall to injury which, in my opinion, means all their very best attacking options ( Solanke, Maddison, Kulusevski, Sarr ) are now missing. This may mean Villa will rotate a bit as well, but I still think a mixed team will still be good enough to beat Spurs. Also, it would be on script for Spurs to round the week off by having something mental happen, so I'll add a red card to be shown.
Villa to qualify @ 10/11
Villa over 1.5 goals @ 5/4
Red card @ 4/1 ( very small bet )
Bournemouth double chance v Newcastle @ evens ( small bet )
Just feel Newcastle will have an eye on the league Cup, so this might be a bit value once teams are announced. If not, it's still a fair enough price.

Lamine Yamal over 0.5 shots on target
Vinicius Jr over 0.5 shots on target
Inter vs Napoli
Lautaro Martinez over 0.5 shots on target
All three are players who regularly threaten the opposition goal.

Rare day yesterday where both main bets and next best landed ( the fact you could get a Villa win @ 13/8 against a massively depleted/generally rubbish Spurs team was surprising to say the least ). On to today with what I call " The Grandparents Derby " as my Nan is a massive QPR fan and my Grandad was a hard-core hammer. It's more of a sentimental pick rather than having a strong feel, but I can see it being fairly open, so I'll have a small bet on:
Btts + over 2.5 goals @ 5/4
