The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 1st, 2nd November
International rugby is back and I can’t wait to lie on the couch and enjoy some quality matches later today. Last weekend was a good one and the Lions and Ulster comfortably delivered the 8 tries we needed for the main bet. My only regret was another loss on the Sharks, which soured the weekend and ate into the profits as I took a late call to hop on over 5.5 Sharks tries - 3 in 20 minutes and they managed 4 - Plumtree can't hit the road soon enough!
The Handicap – Rugby Chat That Matters
Every now and then, we get to meet one of the live chat regulars, and this week Shane joined Oracle and myself from Ireland. It's always great to get insight into betting strategies from other punters. It was a long show with a few rabbit holes explored, and well worth the watch.
If you took under 2.5 sentences for the first F-bomb of the show, you would have collected stress free.
Below are some shortcuts to the key matches, and there's also some World Cup Women’s Cricket chat toward the end.
WEEKEND PLAYS
All my rugby plays will be posted in the Autumn Internationals Betting Blog. I’m definitely looking forward to the games, though I must admit I’m not overly strong on anything this week.
Unders at Wembley
I think Japan will be up for this, and while I’m not expecting a repeat of Brighton 2015, the forecast suggests showers and I also get the sense the Boks might step off the gas later on with France in mind next week. It’s not my most confident call, but I’ve taken a position on the unders . I’ll be monitoring conditions and may add late bets in the blog or forum closer to kickoff.

Ireland to finish strong
Just a gut feel this one. New Zealand have been starting strongly, while Ireland could be a little rusty. But I like the Irish bench and believe they are big runners. A
