The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 23rd to 25th January including a 34/1 rugby acca

I didn’t have any joy in the newsletter last week with Raza’s wickets suddenly drying up and Munster costing us the acca.
Overall, though, it was a good weekend, landing the Bulls 4/1 ML and Harlequins at 9/1. My first profitable Champions Cup weekend of the season, and hopefully a sign of things to come.

URC returns this week and we also have the SA20 Final on Saturday, along with local and EPL football to get involved in.
My focus will be on the rugby of course, and all my bets will be posted in the URC Round 10 Betting Blog.

The Handicap – Rugby Chat That Matters

Our live betting show returned last night and I was joined by The Admiral and we got an impromptu visit from Shane, also based in Ireland.
Below are direct links to the three South African URC games - can you believe we have three games kicking off at the same time tonight? Who plans these things?

WEEKEND PLAYS

Edinburgh money looks spot on
There is some shocking weather about in the UK and we have points lines of 38.5 and 39.5 in the Bulls and Lions games. Even with rain about those are starting to look tempting especially the Bulls game where the wind is not as high.
I backed Edinburgh to beat the Bulls on the blog at 29/25 last night but they have now shortened into 8/10 and I think the money is spot on. Both sides are strong but at home I am in the Edinburgh camp and will take them on the handicap as my newsletter play.

BET: 2 units (1-5) Edinburgh -1.5 at 10/11 at WSB

A 34/1 1-12 Acca!

I am expecting tight games this weekend and reckon the 1-12 winning margins will be big runners
I am grouping these 4 games in an 34/1 multiple
Ospreys 1-12 at 11/8
Ulster 1-12 at 13/10
Leinster 1-12 at 14/10
Stormers 1-12 at 7/4

BET: 0.5 unit at 34/1 at Sportingbet

Other Highlights on Goodforthegame

I have a seriously hectic weekend ahead, most of it good, with a braai and two 60th birthday celebrations (let me stress I am not 60 yet), but sadly also the funeral of a great family friend who passed away suddenly after a full life.

Have a good one.
