Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Greyville on Wednesday 6th November where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge
Race 1
THESUPERNOVASTAR ran a fair race in her last start over 1900m on the polytrack. The drop to 1600m should not pose a concern as she has won over the distance previously. 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Nirvan Nastili retains the ride and she may be the one to side with.
MERITORIOUS won a good race on debut over 1400m on the polytrack. She quickened up well and won going away. The daughter of Ideal World takes a rise in class but she could be anything and can remain unbeaten.
SASCHA‘S DREAM showed good improvement when winning over 1700m at the second time of asking. The daughter of Flying The Flag is a progressive type and she has plenty of scope. She should give a good account of herself with Rachel Venniker retaining the ride.
Race 2
RODRIGUEZ stayed on strongly when fourth over this C&D last time. The 6yo gelding takes a drop in class and despite his big mass of 61.5kgs, he may be rewarded for consistency.
IMPERIAL POWER ran on powerfully when winning his last start over 1200m on this course. He takes a drop back in class and can follow up.
FISH EAGLE ran a good race when second in his stable debut over 1400m on the polytrack. It must be noted that Neitherherenorther has come out and won again since. He would have come on from the run and from his good draw of two, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
Race 3
KALAHARI ROLLER stayed on when sixth over this distance on the polytrack last time. His penultimate run when second over 1000m on the polytrack, catches the eye. Apprentice Mxolisi Mbuto takes the 4kgs off his back and on best form shown, he should find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
BOOM SHAKALAKA is better than his last start as the jockey reported something to be amiss in running. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. He has scope and is one of the leading contenders.
PREEMPTIVE STRIKE has consistent recent form lines to his credit. It must be noted that the horse that finished third in his last outing has come out and won since. The slight concern is that he is yet to win on this course from five attempts.
Race 4
MIND MAP ran a good race when second in his local debut over 1000m on this course. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. He tries the tongue-tie for the first time and could go one better.
RIVER DANCE finished 1.3 lengths behind the top choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result.
MC DAZZLER has finished second in his last two starts over 1400m on this course. He is the stable elect with Craig Zackey in the saddle and merits obvious inclusion.
Race 5
SIBERIAN WINTER was hampered leaving the start over 1000m last time, but the manner in which she finished off her race was eye-catching. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. She will strip a much fitter horse and with luck in running, she may be the one to beat.
LADYBUG was an easy winner of her last start over this C&D. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.
PRINCESS HANNAH stayed on when fifth over this C&D last time. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. The tongue-tie seems to have done the trick and from pole position, she cannot be ignored.
Race 6
ROLLO THE VIKING was well-beaten into second in his last start over 2300m on the turf. The son of What A Winter should be ideally suited to this distance. If taking to the polytrack, he can shed his maiden tag.
IRON MONGER set the pace over 1800m last time, but was caught late by Captain Oliver. He is having his peak run today and will be cherry-ripe. If confirming his recent improvement, he should be hard to peg back.
HOODWINKED produced a typical second run after a rest last time. It must be noted that Artist’s Model has come out and won again since. He should enjoy the extra distance on offer and will be at peak fitness.
Race 7
GO GRAYSON GO showed good improvement when second over 1600m on the turf last time. It must be noted that Artist’s Model has come out and won again since. The son of Potala Palace should have no issues with the drop to 1400m. If taking to the polytrack, he should win in a field of this nature.
PLEASEDTOSEEYOU ran a good race when third in his local debut over this C&D. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.
BOUND BY DESTINY ran a decent race on debut over 1200m on this course. He returns from a 27-week break, during which time he would have strengthened up. He should be ideally suited to 1400m and if fit, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
Race 8
BENNI IN THE AREA has good consistent form lines to his credit. He has won once, finished second twice and third once from as many starts over this C&D. The 5yo gelding is likely to get his own way in front from pole position and he should be hard to catch.
SWEEPER KEEPER ran a good race when third over 1600m on this course last time. He has won once, finished second once and third once from seven starts over this distance. The son of Querari will be staying on at the finish.
TEATIME TIPPLE should have finished closer to the winner last time as he was switched for running room at the 500m mark. He won his only attempt over this C&D. With a bit of luck in running, he should be involved in the fight to the finish
