West Ham 14/10 Draw 5/2 Leeds 19/10

West Ham booked a place in the Europa Conference League final against Fiorentina thanks to a 1-0 win at AZ Alkmaar on Thursday, going through 3-1 on aggregate. They return to league action with 37 points, 6 clear of third bottom Leeds and out of range of second bottom Leicester. Given they finish up away to Leicester before that Conference final they have a huge say in the relegation fight. A 1-0 win at home to Manchester United sealed safety and last weekend they went down 2-0 at Brentford.

Leeds will have a close eye on how Everton (away to Wolves) and Forest (home to Arsenal) get on a day before this game takes place. They come into the weekend third bottom, 1 point behind Everton and 3 shy of Forest. A 2-2 draw at home to Newcastle last weekend could yet prove a crucial point ahead of this match and their final game which is at home to Spurs. Leeds have taken just 2 points from their last 7 matches.

The Verdict

This is the pick of Sunday's games for me and West Ham's line up will make interesting reading. The absence of an advance team sheet at the time of writing doesn't make this one any easier right now but I will focus on Leeds and take them to score at least twice, something they might well need to do if they are to get a valuable win.

Manchester City 1 / 4 Draw 53/10 Chelsea 99/10

City are on the verge of securing the title and if Arsenal lose at Forest on Saturday they will be confirmed champions before another ball is kicked. The feel good factor built even more momentum in midweek when they thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 in the second leg of the UCL semi final in Manchester to book a date in the final against Inter. City also have the FA Cup final against Manchester United to come and a treble looks very much on.

Chelsea's only win since Lampard took over came at Bournemouth in their most recent road trip but they couldn't build on that last weekend when they drew 2-2 at home to Forest. Given they are 8 points behind tenth placed Fulham a top half finish is out of reach at the end of a disastrous season.

The Verdict

The result of the Forest v Arsenal game on Saturday could have a bearing on the odds chalked up in all available markets. I will work on the principle City will want to put on a show anyway as it is the last home game of their season and I will take them to score 3 times or more.
