Crystal Palace host Manchester United in Monday's English Premier League action, Palace are in good form but United need the points to boost their chances of qualifying for Europe next season.

Palace

Palace are more than safe on 40 points and they have taken 10 points from the last 12 available. That sequence includes includes wins at Liverpool (1-0) and at home to West Ham (5-2) and Newcastle (2-0) and last time out they played out a 1-1 draw at Fulham

Eberechi Eze missed the Fulham game but is reportedly fit again, defender Marc Guehi could also return from a lengthy absence.

Man United

United will kick off in eighth position although a win here would take them sixth, good enough for Euro qualification. United have drawn 3 and won won of their last 4 league games. The win came at home to Sheffield United, last time out they had to settle for a point at home to Burnley and they drew their most recent road trip 2-2 at Bournemouth.

Maguire and Rashford are reportedly on the United injured list.

Recent Head to Head

The first league meeting this season took place early in the season and Palace won 1-0 at Old Trafford. United did beat Palace 3-0 in an EFL Cup home fixture.

The corresponding fixture at Selhurst Park last season finished 1-1.

The Betting

At the time of writing Palace are trading at 5/4 to win the game with the draw priced at 28/10 and United can be backed at around 1.85/1

The Verdict:

There is more at stake for the visitors but Palace are in the better form and if Eze and Olise both start they can be a handful.

I don't plan to get too involved but for a real roughie to pop up with a goal anytime, Joachim Anderson, who is a threat from corners and free kicks might be the man.
