Arsenal 4/10 Draw 4/1 Everton 15/2

Arsenal have a game in hand over Manchester City so this match offers them the opportunity to extend their lead in the title race from 2 points to 5. Since suffering their only home defeat of the season at home to City in mid February the Gunners have bounced back with wins on the road at Villa (4-2) and most recently Leicester (1-0). They now take aim at Everton who are 1 of only 3 sides to beat them in the league this season, a 1-0 loss at Goodison Park as recently as 4th February.

Since springing that surprise win over Arsenal in what was Sean Dyche's first game in charge, Everton have lost 2-0 away to Liverpool, won 1-0 at home to Leeds and last weekend they were beaten 2-0 at home to Villa. They have won just 1 of 11 road trips, drawing 4 and losing 6 and a goals tally of just 6 on their travels tells a miserable tale as they bid to move out of the relegation zone.

The Verdict

I imagine Everton will attempt to dig in but Arsenal have seemingly recovered from a recent wobble but i'm looking to the goals markets and 2-3 in total fits the bill.

Liverpool 5/10 Draw 7/2 Wolves 11/2

Liverpool played out a 0-0 draw at Palace last weekend and they remain in seventh place. Victory here would see them move into sixth above Fulham and reduce the gap to fourth placed Spurs from 9 points to 6 and Liverpool would still have a game in hand. Newcastle are also in the mix for a top 4 spot but since a 2-0 win on Tyneside recently Liverpool were thumped 5-2 at home to Real Madrid in the first leg of their UCL clash and they were far from their best at Palace at the weekend.

Wolves drew 1-1 at Fulham last Friday and they finished the round in fifteenth spot with 3 points worth of daylight over Everton and Bournemouth who are second and third from bottom. They have won 3 of their last 6 in the league including a 3-0 home win over Liverpool. Wolves had earlier lost an FA Cup tie 1-0 to Klopp's side so these teams are no strangers to each other.

The Verdict

A top 4 finish is still very much possible for Liverpool but they have often taken 1 step forward and then 2 back this season and they need to find some form and show some character against a side who are useful on their day.

Darwin Nunez was absent at Palace but did score at Newcastle and in the UCL defeat to Real. The injury didn't sound overly serious and if he plays his part here he could provide the spark that was missing at Palace and hopefully grab a goal.
