The daughter of Flower Alley will enjoy the slight drop in trip. She makes her Handicap debut, but this is not the strongest field and she may be up to the task at hand.

VAR AND AWAY is one of the better bets on the day and is the only runner carded for trainer Mike de Kock. He ran a decent race in his last start over a mile at the Vaal. It must be noted that Expressfromtheus has come out and won again since. He jumps from a good draw today and with Callan Murray in the saddle, he should take a power of beating.

She gets the services of 4kgs claiming apprentice Philasande Mxoli which should help her cause. She jumps from a good draw and may be the one to side with.
