She is the best-weighted runner and should be cherry-ripe. Ryan Munger knows her well and the combination should find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.

WAYA YIRE was her own worst enemy over 1200m last time as she overraced in the early stages. She has won once and finished third twice from as many starts over this distance. The daughter of Querari is having her peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. Warren Kennedy takes the ride and he may be able to get the best out of her.

PURPLE PANTHER was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over this distance on the Classic course. He was slow into stride, but finished his race off strongly to notch up the victory. The son of Coup De Grace looks to have some class about him and should take a power of beating.
