Central Coast Mariners vs Wellington Phoenix

The Mariners are doing very well these days, with 3 wins and 3 draws in their last 6. They are coming off a great 2-2 draw away to the 2nd placed Western United, and they had a big chance at the end to score the winner.
The Phoenix are struggling. Yes, they have 2 wins in their last 3, but the wins came against the bottom two teams. They have just been demolished 0-6 by Melbourne City.
They are missing at least 8 players and they had to fly in two Academy players from New Zealand, so that they can have a squad to choose from.

As I was writing this, I saw on twitter last minute news: the Phoenix have got a couple of players back into the starting 11, and Sotirio comes onto the bench.

Newcastle Jets vs Perth Glory

The Glory are rock bottom and haven't won in a very long time.
They are missing most of their regulars through injury and for the past few weeks have been playing with youngsters.
For this match they have two additional players on the injury list, Sardinero and Zimarino, so they brought in two more youngsters.

The Jets have drawn one and lost one in their past two games, including a 0-0 away to Perth 10 days ago.
In that match there were many cards and the Jets had 10 corners.
Mikeltadze is the Jets leading goal scorer and he hasn't scored in the last three matches, so this home game is a good opportunity for him to get back on the score sheet.
They are still in the fight for a play-off spot and have a few games in hand, so plenty of motivation for them to win.

bet lands before ht, Spurs win 4 - 0, beautiful. Check account and realise bet didn't go through ( prob cause of volume of people using it for grand national ). ffs lol.
