Mackem I’m with you on Russian Rock, I think will go well in KZN and like the double as well with Cosmic Highway. Hoping for a big day from De Melo who has been my go to jock this season, riding the best he ever has.

Race 4
I have also taken a small piece of Eluid @ 55/1. Heavily weighted to places. I have always rated this one and the run behind Al Muthana giving him 6kgs I thought was impressive. Main bet Russian Rock but a small on old Fav

Race 5 - Queen of Shadows @ 25/1
Last couple of runs have not been the greatest but earlier runs were impressive, especially close on behind Amazimtoti. Worth a go at this price.

Race 6 - Out of Darkness @ 18/1
Whilst I respect South’s Cosmic Highway, I am not sure if will be cherry ripe for this one. I think OOD has decent Jhb form and with Lerena up must have a decent shot

Race 1 - Mutikiri @ 25/1
I think fav is hard to beat on form but I like the breeding of this one, some siblings had early pace and now gets service of Gavin Lerena.

Race 2 - Duke of Africa @ 16/1
Dame speedy early on, and there was a bit of money 1st time around. Think fav hard to beat but with some improvement could be close.

Race 7 - Meet at the George @ 25/2
Coming back from a break but gets South’s jock up. Some really decent Course form and drawn one. Holds Love bomb and Chanty Kane who are both at much shorter prices. Worth a go at this price

G5 - Bon Vivant @ 12.5/1 ew. JJVR doesn't race too many in KZN, she looks a late bloomer.

G8 Bay Breeze @ 25/1 ew, just on course form could pop up.

T2 Lady Regent @ 10/1. Brother won on debut, like the breeding.

T8 Charge Down @ 13/1. The supreme warrior formline stands out.

Race 1 - Ejafjullakul @ 15/1 & Quantum Theroy @ 15/1
Both of these are well bred and have seen big backing looking at where they opened. Both of these prices are at Sunbet as I don’t think they have adjusted over night movements.
Elam - half brother to some top sorts in Kiss me Hardy, Kilindini and Kissing Point. All who were or are decent. Also by Erupt who has thrown a few early good ones in set to go and Karentang. Also from the Dame side some pace

Race 2 - Antigua Nights @ 8/1
Stable has brought a few decent ones which have won first time, and if they want to get them into KZN features need to win early.
Will take swingers with Lady Regent South’s one

Race 3 - Special Charm @ 25/2
Short priced fav who looks hard to beat on form, but always seems to find one better. Worth a go with Special Charm. Elusive Fort underrated Stallion and dam was more than decent

Race 7 - Kaptein Martens @ 33/1
First couple of runs were in the good. Last 2 disappointing ones were in Yielding. Might like the firmer ground this time again.

Race 8 - Sky Glitter @ 16/1
Won maiden well and dropped a bit in ratings after that. Worth a go in open final race. Will take swingers with South’s
