Aston Villa 5/4 Draw 27/10 Man United 2/1

Villa had to settle for a 2-2 draw at Ipswich last weekend but they are going well with a record of 4 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat and Watkins and Duran are finding the net on a regular basis. A 1-0 home win over Bayern in the UCL in midweek increases confidence still further and they come into this game just 2 points off the pace being set by Liverpool.

Man United drew 3-3 at Porto in the Europa League on Thursday but it's their league form that has seen them come in for the most criticism and they were woeful in last weeks 3-0 home defeat to Spurs. With just 7 points they are below half way in the standings, 4 of those points were earned away from home, 0-0 at Palace and a 3-0 win at Southampton.

The Verdict

United's coach could be on the brink of losing his job but we have been here before and it's often the signal for them to find a result. However with Villa buoyed by that win over Bayern and generally in good shape, I will go with a home win with both sides finding the net.

Bets: Villa to win and both teams to score ? (yes) at 5/2 with Betway

Chelsea 9/20 Draw 39/10 Notts Forest 56/10

Chelsea are in terrific form in all competitions and they haven't lost since the opening weekend of the season (2-0 at home to Man City). Cole Palmer scored 4 first half goals in last week's 4-2 win over Brighton at Stamford Bridge which moved them into the top 4, 2 points behind league leaders Liverpool.

Forest lost their unbeaten record when they went down 1-0 at home to Fulham last weekend. A 1-0 win at Liverpool is their stand out result and they also won by the same scoreline at Southampton and drew 2-2 at Brighton so away form is very impressive.

The Verdict

Chelsea are flying and although they conceded 2 sloppy goals against Brighton last week they still had daylight by half time.

I'm with another home win but with the visitors contributing

Bets: Chelsea to win and both teams to score ? (yes) at 1.65/1 with Betway

Brighton 19/10 Draw 3/1 Spurs 12/10

Brighton's defence was all over the place in their 4-2 defeat at Chelsea last time out. That was a first defeat of the season and they won 2 and drew 3 of their first 5 games.

Spurs are gaining momentum and coasted to a 3-0 win at Old Trafford last weekend and a youthful team impressed in a Europa League in midweek. Earlier road trips saw them drop points in a draw at Leicester and defeat at Newcastle but they look to be heading in the right direction.

The Verdict

Brighton hadn't done too much wrong up to last week but they threw in a shocker in the first half and they come up against an improving side. I thought Kulusevski had a fantastic game at Old Trafford and I like his price to find the net here.

Bets: Anytime goalscorer Dejan Kulusevski at 47/10 with BoyleSports
