There are two DSTV Premiership matches taking place this week and we have a look at each of them and suggest a bet.
Let’s start with a look at the DSTV Premiership Outright Betting where Mamelodi Sundowns are 8/10 after their convincing win over Kaizer Chiefs on the weekend. Chiefs are second favourites at 11/2 and you can get 6/1 Orlando Pirates, 15/2 Royal AM and 15/1 and better the balance.

TUESDAY
CAPE TOWN CITY v MARITZBURG UNITED
Cape Town City are the only team in the PSL without a point after 3 matches and they lost 2-1 away to AmaZulu last time out having been beaten 3-2 on the road by Swallows and 2-0 at home by Sundowns.
Maritzburg United haven't done much better and they are without a victory having 2 draws and a loss in their opening 3 games. Last time out they drew 0-0 at home to Swallows having lost 3-0 to Chiefs a few days before and they opened their season with a 1-1 home draw against Sekhukhune.
Cape Town City won this fixture 3-2 last season and they did the double over Maritzburg winning away 1-0.

Cape Town City 1/1
Draw 22/10
Maritzburg United 33/10
Suggested Bet: Cape Town City win at 1/1
Cape Town City have had a tough start, this is only their second home game and I wouldn’t read too much into their 2-0 defeat to Sundowns first up. Maritzburg were very poor away to Chiefs a week ago and I can see Cape Town City getting off the mark here.
WEDNESDAY
ROYAL AM v ORLANDO PIRATES
Royal AM won their opening two matches, at home to Kaizer Chiefs and away at Chippa United, but they lost 3-1 away to Stellenbosch last time out, a result that leaves them 5th on the log. They face a Pirates side that also lost their last game 1-0 at home to Chippa United and prior to that they had drawn 1-1 at Stellenbosch and beaten Swallows 1-0 at home.
This fixture finished 2-2 last season and the reverse fixture at Pirates 1-1.

Royal AM 5/2
Draw 39/20
Orlando Pirates 14/10
Suggested Bet: Both teams to score, yes, at 19/20
This bet would have arrived in both fixtures last season and also in Royal AM’s last two League games.
