There are two matches taking place in the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup on Friday and with both of them being one-sided betting heats we are looking to the Exotic Markets for some action.
NEW ZEALAND v NAMIBIA
This Group 2 match takes place in Sharjah and New Zealand will be looking for a convincing win to move up to 2nd on the table and one step closer to a semi-final spot.
Their most recent match came against Scotland where they lost the toss and were sent in to bat, racking up a 172 for 5 in their 20 overs with Martin Guptill scoring with 93 off just 56 balls. Scotland put up a brave fight, but could only reach 156 for 5 in their 20 overs. Trent Boult was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 29 off his 4 overs.
Namibia opened with a victory against Scotland, but they have lost both subsequent matches, most recently to Pakistan who won the toss and asked Namibia to bowl. Pakistan racked up 189 for 2 in their 20 overs with most of the Namibian bowling attack taking some punishment.
Namibia then made a fist of it finally reaching 144 for 5 in their 20 overs and David Wiese top scored with 43 off 31 balls and he finished unbeaten.

New Zealand 1/20
Namibia 10/1
Suggested Bet: Team Total Match 4’s, New Zealand Over 12.5 at 17/20
The danger with this bet is that Namibia could bat first and be bowled out cheaply, but if New Zealand do get first use of the crease it should arrive comfortably and as long as they are chasing a reasonable score we should be in for a run for our money here.
INDIA v SCOTLAND
India have moved up to 4th in Group 2 and still need other teams to slip up if they are to make the semi-finals. Having lost to Pakistan and New Zealand in their opening games India were under big pressure to beat Afghanistan and having been sent into bat they wrapped up a Tournament high score of 210 for 2 in their 20 overs with Rahul getting 69 at a 143 strike rate and Sharma 74 at a 157 strike rate. The pair put on a 140 for the first wicket. They then restricted Afghanistan to a 144 for 7 with Shami the leading wicket taker with 3 for 32 in his 4 overs and Ashwin taking 2 for 14 in his 4 was the most economical bowler.
Scotland have lost all 3 matches in this Tournament and most recently went down by 16 runs to New Zealand. The Kiwis batted first scoring a 172 for 5 and there was some decent efforts by the Scottish bowlers in particular Mark Watt who only picked up 1 wicket, but went for just 3.25 runs an over in his spell. Scotland could only reach 156 for 5 to lose by 16 runs and most of the players got into double figures with Michael Leask top scoring in the middle order with 42 at a strike rate of 210.

India 1/25
Scotland 12/1
Suggested Bet: Top Indian Batsman, Kohli at 11/4
The skipper looks in decent form and I am expecting a big effort from him as his team try to keep pressure on New Zealand ahead of the final group matches.
Suggested Bet: Top Indian Bowler, Bumrah at 9/4
I am a big fan of this man although he wasn’t amongst the wickets last time out his unique skills mean that there is always a chance of him picking up sticks.
