France came through their Round of 16 clash with Belgium with a 1-0 win thanks to a late own goal. They had created the better chances but it was a game low on thrills.

France came through their first group match with Austria with a 1-0 win courtesy of an own goal late in the first half and Mbappe suffered a broken nose.
