I capped this game Griffons +17.5 and after opening +13.5 it has settled at +16.5.
Personally I find this a tough game to call on the handicap and will look to the points lines.
Betxchange are at 69.5 and clearly don’t want overs punters burning them but there is 64.5 on offer.
Overs would have arrived in 2 of the 3 Griffons home matches and just missed in the other (62 points Bulls)
Amazingly it would have arrived 8 times in a row in their head to head meetings dating back to the Currie Cup 1st Division days.

CHEETAHS V SHARKS

This handicap has been pretty stable all week and is very much where I set it (currently Cheetahs -6.5).
I find myself leaning to the Sharks for a possible upset win here but will fire into their points rather.
Bet: 4 units Sharks over 27.5 points at 9/10 at WSB
I am considering a win bet on the Sharks and will post this if I place it.
LIONS V WESTERN PROVINCE

This handicap has been stable at Lions -11.5 all week.
WP have impressed in patches against the Bulls and the Cheetahs and I think they can contribute to an exciting game.
The total points line is 62.5 and the WP line is 25.5.
WP scored 34 away to the Bulls and got 19 last week in wet conditions against the Cheetahs.
I think they can score at least 26 points.
Bet: 5 units WP over 25.5 points at 17/20 at WSB

Pokerbet have points lines up in the Lions v WP game and it is 61.5. I will mull over that one and will be back with bets on the 2 games taking place today after the Australia v SA test.

As expected the line has moved with 64.5 at Betxchange. The best I can find now is 62.5 and at that level it would still be a 4 or 5 unit play.
PUMAS v BULLS

I handicapped this game Pumas +9.5 in my Sunday Night Handicapping exercise and after opening +19.5 it is now ranging from +10.5 to +12.5.
As I write this only Pokerbet are out with points and I expect the line to move when or even before the other bookmakers come out.
The current line is 59.5 and when you consider the 3 Pumas home games this season have had 88, 92 and 96 points that looks worthy of a proper bet.
I will review this market tomorrow before kickoff and if the market has moved will advise whether I would still back the overs.
