reminder, Hollywoodbets Durban July 1st entries revealed @ midday SA time. looking forward to seeing these, especially as this year the prize money has doubled vs 2025 - r6 million to the winning connections!

Got a keen eye out for Dawson yard entries - hopefully see TRUST and CHRONICLE KING amongst entries, especially the former - could trust be the one to give gary player his first ever durban july?

Both in the first round of entries South, Trust 16/1 Chronicle 66/1. Pretty sure its a long term target for Trust, seem to remember they pulled this one out of a Gauteng feature with MR in mind and Chronicle should love the trip, Yard also has Enflamed and Minogue, not sure Minogue's distance but is going further at the weekend.

Due to rain Thursday's Turffontein meeting has now been switched to Vaal classic track

cheers chris. 16/1 a bit smaller than i'd hoped, hopefully a few more bookies price up and can get 20's or higher. as you say handicap looks like it's been carefully considered as to where he goes next.

Race 5 Ragnar The King at around 10/1, some weight turnarounds in favour with MR dropping, had shortened in betting for comeback run last time but never got into the race.

Race 8, Super tough to find the winner here, thought Major Tommie looked over priced at 33/1, goes well here so an each way play

Race 9 Mojo Man another each way play at 16/1, MR down to an 80 these days, was running on fro a bad draw over 100m shorter at Greyville last time 

Race 10, Celestial Diamond looked to have a touch of class as a baby, been off track for ages after a wind op, will have to take fitness on trust, if not today worth keeping an eye on for future, will have a nibble at around 8/1
