Personally I like Dark Tide in Race 7 mainly down to the weight turnaround with the Contractor from last time they met on 30th May at this track when Dark Tide had the outside gate of 11

Race 1 - So Dacha @ 25/1
I like the breeding, been half brother to Dancing Queen who we know has shown she is above normal. And I like Futura only second to Act of War. Think could drift but will take some now.
Will also take swingers with Botz/Love on Time & Sikhulu. All who are well bred.
Botz half brother to speedy Ohwhatanight
Love on Time - Super impressive first time up
Sikhulu - Unbelievable Stable/Jockey strike rate, placed 20 from 27.
Race 3 - Winter Journey @ 40/1
Some very impressive siblings all who seem to have pace. Must have been showing something last time for Kennedy to get up 1st time out and looks like on Van Zyl decent one. Will take some swingers with following
Trump my Queen/Lady Tiptree.
Race 6 - Izietsha @ 40/1
Won course and distance previously and has had a huge drop in the ratings.
Race 7 - Major Return @ 7/1
Old fav and seems to be coming back to best Jhb form. Last run was impressive and holds fav on that run.
Race 8 - Bayview Express @ 12/1
Race 10 - Go Man Go @ 7/1
my best bet for the day and the even money a place I will be all over. Last run in work riders beat Captain tatters who then came out to run within a length of Battle Force at level weights. Yes Captain may not have been fully tuned for that run but Go Man Go was still giving him weight and he beat him well.
Lets hope for a nice days racing

Race 1 - Miss Quince @ 20/1
Very light mass with appie claim of 4kg's, and Pietrse not the worse up the straight. Very nicey bred and half sister to Invidia who I think is more than decent. Think might drift a bit before off but have taken some.
Race 4 - Dieci @ 16/1
On run behind Hugs Accepted holds Big Sky Country getting 2.5kg's after beating her by half a length. Fav is an unknown having run in Zimbabwe I think.
Will take Dieci/Travelling Light and Different Face in swingers
Race 5 - Candy Galore @ 20/1
Remember highly thought of earlier and gets services of Bling. Stable companion favorite and rightfully so, but if fluffs her lines, this one is weighted to run close. 2nd Fav is very speedy but think a lot will be flying at him if course isn't running to quick.
Race 7 - CatchaFallingStar @ 10/1
Fav Chitengo looks hard to beat at ratings and weights, but I hoping this one can produce over this distance. Looks buy breeding as though suited to distance and Ferris stays on him. To me the dark horse is Yasmine been half sister to Alexander who stayed all day and been by Futura 2400m shouldn't be an issue.
Will take Chitengo/CAFS/Yasmine for swingers.
Race 8 - Kiavana's Cara @ 16/1
On last run behind Lady of Lutetia is getting 3.5kg's for a 3l beating, so should be closer. Also with that in the soft hoping will see out the 1750m as shown previously. Stable/Jock combination can be lethal.
Race 9 - Over the Bay @ 33/1
On early runs nothing to show but based on breeding looks like it is looking for the step up in distance. 2 Fav's are drawn out wide so hoping this one can surprise.
Kenilworth
Race 2 - War Man @ 20/1
My usual customary punt on Act of War as a Sire and dame from race record looked quite speedy early. Looks like stable elect by Jockey booking.
Race 3 - Giverny @ 10/1
2 very decent runs I thought, also if using times which I don't normally like, but has extremely quick time compared to others. Fav is Crackling Rose who had an excellent debut.
Race 4 - Geopolitical @ 20/1
Stable can get them ready for first and dame was speedy early and been by Captain Al hopefully some of that speed will come through.
Hope for some good racing

Race 1
Fav has the form but too skinny for me , respect for KY's horse , no gin worries though . African Skyline my huge first timer at any price eachway.
Balls missed the race , ran 4th grr
Race 2
I prefer Hasta Manana but price is skinny and hope it drifts to over evens and better , then I'll punt .
Race 3
Baby Africa is inconsistent but ran best race under this appie , big price and eachway the selection as the race is very weak.
Race 4
You have the Uk horse running and could be anything . Dieci has let me down so many times and giving her one last try .
Race 5
Verenichy coming back to form and is rightly fav. However I think I have a complete spook in Seventh Gear , watched his last run over 1200m , way shorter than normal and was not ridden very well , now he goes even shorter and gets blinkers.. but gonna have to follow.
Race 6
Pamunsha's Pride is a gutsy horse and will be tough to beat of taking to teh track and travel was good. I do prefer the Snaith runner Silver Host , but he gives the fav 4kg . Will still follow .
Race 7
Chitengo is favourite and is another Laird runner , Smoking Hot the danger for me.
Race 8
Legend has It off a leight weight but a poor draw in a tough race eachway .
Race 9
Broadway the get out stakes in the last , coming the right way and this combo have had some success.

And I think it might not be you but the results. Looking at the number of huge carryovers we have had. And KZN racing has proven to be abysmal again.

K7 Liberty Hall 14/1 ew. One of those horses that always finds an excuse. 88 goes of lowest rating in career and might pop up.

T6 Fsquadron 22/1 ew
Needs to rediscover best form but did show talent earlier in career. Both wins this trip and yard had 3/4 places from runners last week at T.

I like the 2 De Kock in the first race, fav looks hard to beat but both are extremely well bred.
Ashwaaq - Dame was very good with 3 runs from only 6, and won over distance. Been by Silvano should be looking for this sort of trip.
Sing Girl Sing - Full sister to Singapore Sling who had a decent early career before moving oversea's, and gets the stable Jock so will hopefully be competitive.
Have also taken a small Bi-Pit as follows:
3/8,12/1,5/1,2,4/7/2,4,5,6,8 @ R 60.
Enjoy the day's racing

Race 2 : #5 Flinders Range (33/1) EW
Good improved run behind Iron Will (5 lbh), King Arthur ran 3.4 lbh IW, one is 4/1 other is 33/1. Fav does look hard to beat, but any is possible with the babies over a trip.
Race 5 : #6 Great Warrrior (6/1)
Will be taking the Fav on with a few incl South's selection, Fav has shown improvement last race after gelding, but not 100% convinced as yet ....
Race 8 : # Franklin (14/1) EW
Fairly open race, but never to far off, and has a few formlines with a few others like Jive Express. Like the jockey booking as well (35% J&T top 3 )
