Leinster:
Leinster came through their Champions Cup pool with 4 wins from 4 to finish 7 points clear of Stade Rochelle and Benetton. Over the course of the last couple of weeks they won 16-14 away to La Rochelle and then beat Bath 47-21 in a home fixture.
In the URC Leinster are 0.57/1 favourites to win the title and it's easy to see why given they have won 9 from 9, picking up 7 bonus points along the way and they finished the previous round 10 points clear at the top of the log.
Their only URC match against South African opposition this season came in Round 6 when they beat the Lions 24-6 in Dublin.
Stormers:
The Stormers finished bottom of their Champions Cup pool with 1 win and 3 defeats. They gave themselves a shout a qualifying in Round 3 with a 40-0 home win over Sale Sharks but that was followed by a 31-22 defeat away to Racing and their sole focus now is on the URC.
The Stormers finished the previous round of the URC in tenth position with 4 wins and 4 defeats for 21 log points, 1 shy of a play off spot but they have played 1 game fewer than the European sides.
The Stormers have generally found it tough going overseas. In the early rounds they lost at the Ospreys and at Edinburgh either side of a victory away to Zebre. They also went down 21-15 to the Sharks in Durban but have since revived their fortunes with home wins in the return with the Sharks and they also came out on top against the Lions last month.
In the outright betting to win the URC title the Stormers are 20/1 shots.
