MAJORCA PALACE is one of the better bets on today’s card. He took on much stronger in his last start over this C&D. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. He has won once, finished second once and third twice from seven starts over this C&D. He takes a drop in class and if not too far out of his ground turning for home, he should be the one to beat.

ZANETTO is lightly raced with good form to her credit. She showed good speed in her last start over 1200m, but was outrun late. She was reported to be fatigued post race. The daughter of Silvano is better suited to this type of distance and should be cherry-ripe. From pole position, she may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.
