WATERBERRY LANE ran a fair race in his comeback run over 1100m. He has won four times and finished third once from as many starts over this distance. He would have come on from the run and with Keagan de Melo back in the saddle, he is one of the leading contenders.
DO IT AGAIN is making his seasonal debut after a creditable effort in the Grade 1 Hollywoodbets Durban July. This trip may be on the sharp side and he will come on from the run. He has the class to finish in the placings.

He tries the 1950m for the first time and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, he should notch up his fourth career victory. GALACTIC PATH finished 1.75 lengths behind I WANT IT ALL in the race referred to above. He is also 2kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough to turn the form around. From pole position, he merits healthy respect.
