A small field of just six runners head to post. LOVE HAPPENS produced a very good comeback run when finishing just under 4 lengths behind Nexus over 1500m at Kenilworth. He loves racing over today's distance with a record of two wins and three third place finishes from six attempts. He should strip a much fitter horse coming into this race and may be the one they all have to beat.

DARK CRYSTAL is one of the better bets on today's card. She does have breathing issues, but has finished runner-up in her last two outings. She set the pace in her last start, but was outrun late. The drop to the minimum trip should suit her well and she should find herself in the winner's box.
